In 2015 I wrote the article below. I want to re-issue it because it shows how the Obama-Biden Administration began imbedding their fellow travelers in the ‘deep state’ bureaucratic positions from the beginning of their tenure. Trump’s mistake was that he didn’t sweep clean the establishments of the State Dept., the DOJ, and the FBI as soon as he was elected! It is necessary for us Christians to realize that these globalists are anti-Christian to the core!

I recently wrote in the post Jesus Christ – the Promise of True Freedom that we must stand against attempts to rid America of its Christian heritage, even if it comes from our own government! In that post I quoted Franklin Graham who stated that “we have Muslims who hate Christians and Jews in key positions in the White House.” In this post I want to illustrate one more proof of that assertion.

Sister Diana Momeka, an internationally respected and leading representative of the Nineveh Christians who have been killed and deported by ISIS, was coming to speak to Congress about the atrocities but, she was blocked by our State Department prompting this reaction from Nina Shea of the Hudson Institute’s Center for Religious Freedom. She writes in a National Review op-ed that –

Sister Diana Momeka is “an internationally respected and leading representative of the Nineveh Christians who have been killed and deported by ISIS.”

Yet this nun is being “barred from coming to Washington to testify about this catastrophe?”

Sister Diana was the only Christian in the delegation and the only member blocked from the trip, the Washington Times reported, leading some of her American supporters to question why she was singled out.

At a time when 100’s of thousands of Muslims from terror sponsoring countries are being allowed to immigrate to the United States, why is a Christian nun who is not trying to immigrate but just speak out about Christian persecution at the hands of Muslims denied entry?

The State Department claims that she intends to claim asylum once she gets here stating the State Department officials made the determination that the Catholic nun “could be falsely asserting that she intends to visit Washington when secretly she could be intending to stay. That would constitute illegal immigration, and that, of course, is strictly forbidden.” This could be believable from any other Administration but not from this one, who has embraced every kind of ‘illegal immigration’ and even written Presidential Orders allowing it!

Shea then outlined Sister Diana’s reasons for her visit and the endorsements she received from two politicians – one Republican and one Democrat — among others:

“In reality, Sister Diana wanted to visit for one week in mid-May. She has meetings set up with the Senate and House foreign-relations committees, the State Department, USAID, and various NGOs. In support of her application, Sister Diana had multiple documents vouching for her and the temporary nature of her visit. She submitted a letter from her prioress, Sister Maria Hana. It attested that the nun has been gainfully employed since last February with the Babel College of Philosophy and Theology in Erbil, Kurdistan, and is contracted to teach there in the 2015–16 academic year.”

Sister Diana also submitted an invitation from her sponsors, two respected Washington-area think tanks, the Institute for Global Engagement and former congressman Frank Wolf’s (R., Va.) 21st Century Wilberforce Initiative.

None of this was good enough for the Obama State Department. This just another evidence of Christian Bashing by this Administration. Could it have something to do with the placement of Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers in key administration positions?

Former US Representative and retired US Army Colonel has spoken often about the threat we face from Islam as have many others but, the news media mostly ignores the warnings. Renew America presented an article revealing Army Colonel West testifying about what the Quaran really says –

“During a panel discussion sponsored by the Hudson Institute last January, retired Army Lt. Colonel Allen West, who did combat duty in Iraq, responded to a Marine who asked the question, how do you answer people who say that terrorists are following a “warped” version of Islam?

The panel consisted of a number of former military personnel, who fumbled around trying to answer the question. Col. West finally stepped forward and answered the question directly and truthfully. Listen to the words of a former military man who understands the nature of the enemy we face:

Notice again Col. West’s straightforward assessment: “This is not a perversion. They are doing exactly what this book (i.e., the Qur’an) says.”

In other words, Islamism is not our problem; radical Islam is not our problem; extremist Islam is not our problem. Our problem is Islam itself.

And Col. West understands that unless we get past this blithering nonsense that Islam is a religion of peace we will continue to pursue policies that make us less safe every day:

Said West, “Until you get principled leadership in the United States of America that is willing to say that, we will continue to chase our tail, because we will never clearly define who this enemy is, and then understand their goals and objectives — which (are) on any jihadist website — and then come up with the right (and) proper objectives to not only secure our Republic but secure Western civilization.”

Muslims need to be set free from the enslavement of Islam and sin and only Jesus can do it. They need to be told the message of eternal salvation that is only found in the forgiveness Jesus has already paid for. They need to hear a true message of love –

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.” – Romans 5:8-10

This will not happen if we continue yielding to political correctness and Islamic rhetoric. We Christians have the truth – they do not. It is time to act like it while we still can!
