In the United States, we are just a few days from the Presidential election and the voice of confusion (the Bible would call it Babel) is echoing through the land. What is called the news media is really just a propaganda machine for Hillary Clinton and leaves a distaste in any thinking person’s mouth. But, there is also the Social media crowd which is pumping

out volumes of posts and tweaks for one side or the other – choosing which are true or false is a coin toss. Meanwhile our elected officials are passing laws which are feathering their own nests all in the name of the people but, the People’s Constitution is burning because of a simple truth – a government is never any better than the people it governs. Our founding Fathers knew this country’s blessings depended upon our obedience to God’s principles.

“The propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right, which Heaven itself has ordained.”

The American people have enjoyed the “propitious smiles of Heaven” because those who went before us acknowledged God and His ways and so enjoyed His blessings on the land. But, we have fallen into the wickedness that the Apostle Paul prophesied would bring down any nation.

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; … Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, … For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”  –  Romans 1:18-32

All the things listed by Paul can be readily seen in our country today. Our so-called wise, educated in Colleges that have forsaken God, have thought they could rule without God. They even passed laws to outlaw Him from government and public recognition. All they have accomplished is to bring our nation down into the gutter. They even invented a new language called Political Correctness to disguise their inability to discern between good and evil. Under this new language every thing that agrees with them is good and all that disagrees with them is evil!

These false shepherds, for that is what most of our leaders are, offer answers to every problem proclaiming “PEACE, PEACE”, but there will be no peace without God! Those running for President claim to have answers for every problem but, they cannot even find answers for the problems in their own lives. How will they rule over such a large house as the United States that is suffering the cancer of lawlessness and corruption?

There is only one answer – repent and plead with Almighty God for forgiveness and mercy. Without a major turn back to Almighty God it will matter little who is elected, they will not be able to forestall the judgment that is coming.

There is a government that is higher than the United States – it is called the “Kingdom of God” and it is not far off. But, listen to Paul’s warning –

“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.”  –  1 Corinthians 6:9,10

You who are upset at this message – know this – God does not speak the Political Correct language. Your protests will be useless when you stand before Him in judgment. Repent now while you have time.
