In the beginning, when God created the stars of heaven, He stated their purpose – “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:” – (Genesis 1:14).

Shortly after the Creation Satan was at work, deceiving and accusing and both Adam and Eve fell. As Adam is known as the Man, so Eve is known as the Woman. To the woman was given the first prophetic promise of Messiah, who is known as the Seed of the Woman.

“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” – Genesis 3:15. This is the first mention of the war between Messiah and Antichrist.

Nearly 6000 years have passed since that encounter and promise, and the war has continued. In part one of this post, the heavenly sign of Virgo and the prophetic scripture Revelation 12 was introduced. In this post I will finish this teaching and introduce a probable time line of its fulfillment.

The sign of Revelation 12 is a warning to us all that the Tribulation is coming, just as depicted in the sign itself, with the virgin (Israel) about to go through the birth pangs of tribulation. For the Church, our time is also short. The requirements of the sign make it extremely rare, making September 23, 2017 the only time which coincides with the final generation. By default, it must be a sign that precedes the Tribulation and signs are a warning of what is soon coming (see note 1).  But all too often, the heavenly sign of Revelation 12 has been glossed over and not looked at as an actual visible sign that can be observed.  It happens in just over three years. It’s time to get ready.

An interesting detail is the relationship of the Revelation 12 sign and the Blood Red Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015. The first Blood Moon occurred on April 15, 2014 which is exactly 1260 days from the completion of the Revelation 12 sign on September 23, 2017. Is it just a coincidence that 1260 days (3 ½ years) is the midpoint of the 7 year treaty the Antichrist makes with Israel (Daniel 9:27) or is this a reminder to us that these events are about to begin? (see note 2)

Another interesting fact is that exactly 7 years  into the future from September 23, 2017 will be on the 9th of Av, 2024. Could this be the 7 year period of the great Tribulation Jesus predicted, from September 2017 to August 2024?

We also note that Revelation 12 comes right after the conclusion of the seventh trumpet in the Book of Revelation (see note 3).  With chapter 12, we cut away from that time to a picture of the overall war of Satan upon Israel and the Messiah. The woman is Israel and the twelve stars are the twelve tribes of Israel. Paralleling Joseph’s dream, the moon and sun also represented his mother and father (Genesis 37:10), and as we later learn in Revelation 12, the child is the Messiah. This sign plays out in the heavens on September 23, 2017 when the sun goes down in Israel.

As before noted, the planets are called ‘wandering stars’ because they are moving. After September 23, 2017 the planet Jupiter continues its motion to the Northeast where it comes into conjunction with the planet Mars between the horns of Taurus on August 13, 2024, which is the 9th of Av. Within Taurus is the star cluster known as the Pleiades.

The common Hebrew name for Taurus is Shur, which can mean both coming and ruling or in other words, the coming judge. In short, Taurus represents the coming governor, Jesus Christ, with his congregation (meaning of Pleiades).

On the day known for Jewish sorrow due to the number of calamities that have fallen on this day, Mars comes into conjunction with Jupiter between the horns. Mars, in Hebrew Ma’adim, meaning ‘the Adam’, ‘the Red One’ or ‘the Son of Man’. On this day it is believed there will be 60 days left of the Tribulation. This sign speaks of that time when Jesus will shortly return to end the Tribulation with the Church accompanying him.

One last detail of the Revelation 12 prophesy is that of the Great Red Dragon –

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.” – Revelation 12:3,4

To me, this part of the prophesy grows rather murky. Just below Virgo at this time is the constellation Serpens – Ophiuchus. Serpens is the snake being grasped by Ophiuchus, who is called ‘the restrainer’. Is this the meaning of Revelation 12:3 ? Or is there another? It is hard for me to connect Serpens with the effect this Red Dragon has – “And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth”.

Another, more ominous, meaning may have only recently arisen – the arrival of the mysterious Planet X. Insider reports dating back to the 1980’s indicate that the Planet X system will dramatically impact the earth with meteor showers, seismic activity and a pole shift. Insiders have predicted the time of the arrival of Planet X would be in the second half of the second decade of the 21st century – 2016 to 2020, and it would certainly fulfill Biblical descriptions of this time – “waves of the seas roaring”, stars falling”, earthquakes in many places”.

I believe the primary reason astronomers have not been able to discern the  exact time of its arrival is that we have separated science and the Bible. The two actually mesh perfectly.

Here is a critical piece of information on its timing:

“A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth.” Rev.12:1-2

The great sign of The Woman as described in Revelation 12:1-2 forms and lasts for only a few hours. According to computer generated astronomical models, this sign has never before occurred in human history. It will occur once on September 23, 2017. It will never occur again. When it occurs, it places the Earth immediately in the time of the Sixth Seal of Revelation.

The next event that follows is that Planet X will fully eclipse the Sun and cover the whole earth and full moon in its shadow on the next full moon date. This is Thursday, October 5, 2017 (the following full moon date). Our clue that this is the date is from Revelation, Chapter 6, verse 12: (see note 4)

“I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red…” Rev. 6:12.

The sign of the Red Dragon (Planet X) appears in heaven immediately after the sign of “the woman.” Planet X will be visible during this total solar eclipse right between the legs of Virgo, as the following verse indicates:

“Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads.” Rev. 12:3

The Book of Revelation is a cryptogram set by the Almighty, and it is solvable, according to the Book of Daniel at the very end of time. Is the mystery of the timing of the arrival of Planet X  “hidden in plain sight” and right before us?

This concludes the teaching on the heavenly woman of Revelation 12. There is yet much more to learn from its passages, such as the woman fleeing into the wilderness, and the story continues on into Revelation 13. Some parts of this teaching are clear to me but, others, such as the Red Dragon, are not. I give you what I have learned so you may continue on to discover more. One thing is very certain – we are very close to the time of these events and it behooves us all to watch and pray.
