Sign 21: The Freedom to Travel. Daniel was told many would be traveling –

“But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” – Dan. 12:4

and few have taken the time to think about the ramifications of this statement. A statement from the article Why the Freedom to Travel Matters adds a new twist.

“Nowadays, we have the opportunity to embark on journeys that were not too long ago unthinkable. The opportunities to explore the world — to feel and experience and comprehend it — are so vastly different and more broadly accessible than even just a generation or two ago. As modern transportation has placed us within a day or two of most of the world’s destinations, we stand at a moment in the history of travel that speaks to a remarkable privilege – one that is almost too easy to take for granted.”

Jesus commanded “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit . . . . “ and that involves the ability to travel. But also, the Antichrist’s ability to control will be linked to the ability to travel .

Sign 22: The Christian Gospel would be preached as a warning to all nations

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” – Matt. 24:14

This is most likely true today. Some will argue over what the word ‘nations’ means but most agree, it means nation and not all the people. However, even darkest Africa has cell phones and TV coverage over which the Gospel is shared as well as extensive missionary coverage. If they have not been yet reached, we are so close to fulfilling this word that we can be sure it will be fulfilled within our lifetime!

Sign 23:  Jesus said Christians would be hated for His names’ sake (Matthew 24:9). There have been more martyrs for Christ since 2000 than since the Church began. In the West, where Christendom once reigned, persecution of Christians now occurs. In the United States, Christians cannot practice their faith in their own businesses without persecution and their children are forced in many public schools to honor Islam but they cannot sing Christmas carols that honor Jesus. Under the recent Covid lockdowns, church were considered ‘non-essential’ while Walmart and bars were considered ‘essential’.

When the fifth seal of Revelation was opened, we see the martyrs. In the fifth seal we understand that God has not forgotten or overlooked them or their suffering. They are under His Altar, close to His heart. Their blood will be avenged, just as the blood of righteous Abel cried our from the earth to God, their blood and prayers will result in the rescuing of many from the ravages of hell and to the rest of their persecutors the result of their demonic hatred will result in the fires of hell. God tells them to ‘rest yet for a little season‘ until the fullness of martyrs for the Lord comes in.

I believe we are presently witnessing the fulfillment of this seal as from 2016 until now 90,000 Christians have been martyred for their faith around the world.

H. R. 4017 introduced by Rep. Dana Rohrabacher of CA , This bill will be called the Save Christians from Genocide Act. Rev. Franklin Graham recently declared Christian persecution is rapidly increasing in many nations around the world.

Sign 24: Heavenly signs will get men’s attention. Near misses by asteroids, comets streaking across the skies, solar storms threatening earth’s communications, and blood red moons are signaling something new is happening on the earth. Once in a lifetime Blood Red Moon Tetrarchs happening on the Lord’s Feast Days in 2014 and 2015 are drawing world-wide attention. Recent Tsunamis are certainly example of the “seas roaring” as Jesus predicted. Scriptures, such as Revelation 12, being fulfilled in the heavens as Jupiter meets with the Constellation Virgo. The second coming of Christ being forecast in the heavens as Jupiter meets Mars in the Constellation Taurus in 2024 and the Great American Eclipse occurring over the United States in 2017, only to reappear in 2024.

“And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. (Luke 21:25-26)

Sign 25: Youth would become rebellious. The news is filled with gangs roaming the streets assaulting pedestrians with “knock out” games and “rave” robberies, with children murdering their own parents or school mates. School teachers are frantic because while being faced with classrooms of rebellious children they are being stripped of any methods to discipline them. Paul warned it would come in the end of days.

“For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy” –  2 Timothy 3:2

As the family breaks down, youth crime goes up. When youth witness the lawlessness of government officials with little penalty, they wonder why they should obey the law?

Sign 26: Men would mock the warning signs of the end of the age. The Bible even reveals their motivation, they love lust; lust for power, wealth, sex, control. They fail to understand that a day to the Lord is as a thousand years to us. God is not subject to the time that He created. He can flick through time as we flick through the pages of a history book. The reason He seems to be silent, is because He is patiently waiting, not willing that any perish, but that all come to repentance.

“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying Where is the promise of His coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.” – 2 Peter 3:3-4

But all things are not continuing as they were from the beginning. Families are breaking up, the United States government is forsaking the Constitution upon which is was built, the church is not being ‘the light and salt’ it was meant to be, lawlessness is breaking out in all venues of society. Marriage is being forsaken and children in the womb are being murdered in record numbers. As lawlessness increases, truth and justice fall in the street. We are reaching the end of God’s limit of mercy. God is almost frantically showing warning signs on the earth and in the heavens to try and wake us up, but few are listening.

This finishes the post 26 Signs of the Lord’s Soon Return. Many of them have happened only recently while some have been happening for a long time but are increasing in severity. Why are these warnings given? God wants us to wake up to the lateness of the hour and turn to Him with wholeheartedness.

Like watchmen, we need to give the warning of judgment to come lest their blood be on our heads.
