Hidden within this Tetrad are many other mysteries: the Year of Jubilee, the former and latter rains, the warning of the Shemitah, the mystery of Jesus’ 3 1/2-year ministry, all 7 Feasts of the Lord, the meaning of solar eclipses, the numbers 7 and 8, and possibly the beginning of the end. In the last article I covered the Year of Jubilee and the Latter Rain.

In this article I plan to cover the meaning of the eclipses.

Iran’s march toward Jerusalem and its growing presence in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and Libya, and ISIS’s growing encroachment in Afghanistan. And Jordan is raising alarms everywhere but, in the Biden-Obama administration, who seems willing to give the Middle East away. This leaves Europe wondering what to do, Russia watching and preparing, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Israel realizing there is no one to stop it but them! Then the war between Ukraine and Russia seems to be drifting ever closer to pulling us into World War III. These eclipses of the sun most certainly are warning of trouble for the nations! Remember the seeds of current events were planted back in 2014-2015.

On March 20, 2015, an important date on God’s calendar happens – Nisan 1 which is the beginning of the Biblical calendar. And on that date an eclipse of the sun occurs! Fourteen days later a Blood Red Moon occurs on Passover. This is a clear warning of coming trouble that human intellect will not be able find a way out of. If man persists in refusing God’s light, He will take away their light and force them to walk in the dark! But even then, He gives a way of escape, to embrace His Passover sacrifice, Jesus the Messiah. On September 13th (Tishri 1) another total eclipse will occur, when God takes the light totally. God did give the United States a ray of light out of the darkness. In the next year Donald Trump was elected as President and he began common sense policies to build up America and was a great supporter of the Church, but the forces of darkness opposed him at every turn and finally brought him down and America began its downward slide into the dark.

For the world, these signs are portents of trouble but for God’s people they signal a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Remember the first eclipse of 2015 happens at the beginning of Nisan, the 1st Biblical month. The prophet Joel also revealed something else would happen during this month.

“Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.” – Joel 2:23

God is once again reminding us – man’s ways will lead only to trouble but with the Lord there is plenteous help – His out poured Holy Spirit. But remember, over 500 were commanded to wait for the first Pentecost but only 120 were obedient. I pray you, and me as well, are obedient to whatever the Hoy Spirit speaks to us in these times.

The Blood Red Moon tetrad of 2014-2015 contained two solar eclipses, one on March 20, 2015, and another on September 13, 2015. And we did indeed see world-wide trouble beginning in Europe as those eclipses forecast, both on the political front and on the economic front as well. European banks were struggling, and the Middle East was once again becoming a hot bed of contention. Headlines were blaring such titles as Global Economic Recession 2015: Global Events Pointing to Crisis Ahead. But the average American person paid little attention to these events. After all, few even attend Church on a regular basis, let alone, pay attention to signs in the heavens! But God was not done sending His warning with eclipses. Two years later on August 21, 2017, He sent what is now known as the Great American Solar Eclipse, it was the first total solar eclipse that was visible in the U.S.A. and nowhere else. It was also the only total eclipse seen only in the USA since its founding in 1776.

It began in the Northwest and traveled across the U.S. to the Southeast. What is even more interesting about this eclipse is that it begins over Salem Oregon and travels through six more Salem’s on its trajectory across the United States. They are Salem, Oregon; Salem, Idaho; Salem, WY; Salem, NE; Salem, MO; Salem, KY; and Salem, SC. Not only are there seven cities named Salem in the path of the Great American Eclipse; but when it begins in Salem, Oregon, the sun sets in Jerusalem at the exact same time.

Do you remember the Biblical story of Abraham paying tithes to Melchizedek, the king of Salem? Salem is short for Jerusalem and Melchizedek is called King of Salem. Does this eclipse indicate that the “King of Jerusalem” is soon to come?

While this eclipse traveled from the Northwest to the Southeast, in just 7 years another eclipse will cross the US from Northeast to Southwest which is very unusual. Some have wondered about the crossing point being right over the famous Madrid fault line in the Mississippi Valley. Sort of an x marks the spot. But perhaps it’s not an “x’. ‘The last letter in the Hebrew alphabet is “tav” and it means “truth” and has the meaning in Hebrew that was given to its symbol as: “mark, sign, covenant.” The original ancient letter looks like this.

I also find it interesting that this sign happened in August of 2017, since so many other signs also happened right around that time: the completion of the sign of the heavenly woman, Virgo (Sep. 23, 2017), The Great American Eclipse (August 21, 2017), and President Trump recognizes Jerusalem as Israel’s Capital and moves the American Embassy to Jerusalem (Dec. 6, 2017). Israel also recognized this Presidential Proclamation as a signal to rebuild the Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount.

Is this sign God’s way of reminding us as a nation that He covenanted with our Forefathers. Is it a warning to remember His ‘mark’ upon us? Scripture declares, “And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed (marked) for the day of redemption.” (Eph. 4:30). Is it God’s warning that we must NOT grieve the Holy Spirit?

Eclipses do forecast trouble for the nations, and we have certainly seen trouble since that time! As a nation our government has descended into a dark hole where there is no truth in government and no common sense either. It is obvious that it is ruled by globalists and elitists who care only for themselves and not the people. Then there was the cowardly retreat from Afghanistan leaving thousands of Americans behind and losing billions of dollars’ worth of military equipment that was left behind. And we must not forget the reaction to the Covid19 virus with the lockdowns that came, destroying our businesses and the financial costs it entailed. I won’t talk about forcing people to take a vaccine that didn’t work (people who took the vaccine still got Covid19!). Then there was the shutting down of America’s energy production for the sake of a pipedream of green energy, which we don’t yet have! Then we have the selling out of America by opening our Southern border to illegals. These are just a few of the problems that have befallen us since the 2014-2015 Blood Red Moon Tetrad.

The trouble that began then is only going to get worse and not better. The next blow could well be the crumbling of our financial system as America embraces a digital currency, or if the world rejects the dollar as its ‘reserve’ currency, which it is now close to doing.

There is one course of action that will deliver us from these curses – REPENT and RETURN to the Lord Jesus Christ and ask His Holy Spirit to guide us out of this mess. Apart from that, all I can say is “Buckle your seat belt, it’s going to be a rough ride!”
