Jesus warned of “birth pangs” that would announce His second coming.
“But when you hear of wars and commotions (riots and revaluations), do not be terrified; for these things must come to pass first, but the end will not come immediately.” Then He said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. “And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.” – Luke 21:9-11
Beginning in 2010 strange things began happening: birds started falling from the skies for no apparent reason, fish began washing upon on the shores by the thousands and turtles as well, cattle and dear began dropping in the fields, and many rivers began turning blood red, and then strange booming sounds began happening all around the world and from the ground. Scientist were at a loss to explain why. Many of these signs have continued to this day.
Then it was discovered that the earth had shifted on its axis. This is causing all sorts of strange weather patterns as the following video shows.

d is not only trying to get our attention with these signs. He has also been giving us heavenly signs in the moon and the stars. Let me remind you of the Blood Red Moons that began in 2014 and 2015 on the Biblical Feast days of Passover and Tabernacles. I have summed up their meanings in my article The Blood Red Moons Revisited p5.
Then the Revelation 12 sign of the Woman in Heaven was fulfilled in September of 2017. This sign concerning the constellation Virgo was fulfilled September 23, 2017 first the first time in 7000 years. I have written about it in my article Signs Point the Way. This sign contains many hidden prophesies as well, not the least of which involves President Trump. It also predicts the soon coming tribulation Jesus spoke about. 
But it also began the countdown to another sign which may have disastrous implications for the world – the sign of Taurus, the Bull. When the planet Jupiter (the King Planet) leaves the womb of Virgo, it begins a seven-year journey to Taurus, where it meets the planet Mars in the horns of Taurus. The Hebrew name for Taurus is Shur, which 
means the coming Judge. Mars, in Hebrew, is the red one or the Son of Man. Held within Taurus is a star cluster known as the Pleiades, which means the Congregation. So, the meaning of this constellation is “The Son of Man comes with His Congregation to judge the earth”. This meeting of Jupiter and Mars in the horns of Taurus will occur August 13, 2024, which is the 9th of Av, the Jewish date of disaster when both of the Temples were destroyed. The time between when Jupiter left Virgo to August 13, 2024, is exactly 7 years. This is, I feel, a clear warning of the soon coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It also is a warning of the soon coming of tribulation.
Whatever your interpretation of these signs is, you will have to agree that Jesus’ saying, “and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.” has been happening and is evidence of another ‘birth pang’.
As we consider the events mentioned in parts 1-4 of Things about to Happen, I am praying they will serve as a warning cry to awaken us and get our houses in order.

Update:
Another unusual event happened on August 21, 2017, God sent what is now known as the Great American Solar Eclipse, it was the first total solar eclipse that was visible in the U.S.A. and nowhere else. It was also the only total eclipse seen only in the USA since its founding in 1776.
What is even more interesting about this eclipse is that it begins over Salem Oregon and travels through six more Salem’s on its trajectory across the United States. They are Salem, Oregon; Salem, Idaho; Salem, WY; Salem, NE; Salem, MO; Salem, KY; and Salem, SC. Not only are there seven cities named Salem in the path of the Great American Eclipse; but when it begins in Salem, Oregon, the sun sets in Jerusalem at the exact same time.
Do you remember the Biblical story of Abraham paying tithes to Melchizedek, the king of Salem? Salem is short for Jerusalem and Melchizedek is called King of Salem. Does this eclipse indicate that the “King of Jerusalem” is soon to come? While this eclipse traveled from the Northwest to the Southeast, in just 7 years another eclipse will cross the US from Northeast to Southwest which is very unusual. I also notice that the second eclipse that will cross the United States in the opposite direction will occur in exactly seven years. This also coincides with the seven years it takes Jupiter to reach the Horns of Taurus after leaving the womb of Virgo. Could this be a signal that the famous seven years of Great Tribulation spoken about by Daniel, Jesus, and Revelation is about to begin? Something else is happening, the earths spin is speeding up! Forbes reports Earth Is Spinning Faster Because Of A New ‘Wobble,’ Scientists Say. This is happening because the earth’s poles are shifting causing it to wobble. This will affect satellites, GPS, and even cell phones.
Events on the earth are changing fast and the heavenly signs of Taurus and the Great American Eclipse both point to major events to happen in 2024, only two short years away. Those with wisdom wil be taking the last warning in the Bible to heart and prepare.
Jesus said, “He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still. Look, I am coming soon, bringing my reward with me to repay all people according to their deeds.” – Rev. 22:11-12
In other words, you who are unjust and filthy go on be more unjust and filthier because you don’t have long. But you who are righteous and holy go on and be more righteous and holy because your reward is coming!
This is the month of Shavuot, or Pentecost, and it will occur on May 17, 18. Shavuot is one of the three great festivals that are celebrated in God’s Feast Days. The Greek Jews called it Pentecost because it always occurs 50 days after Passover. It marked the annual wheat harvest but Christians know it as the day Jesus sent the Holy Spirit on the Church with tongues of fire and strange languages the disciple did not know. Jesus had told over 500 of His disciples to wait in Jerusalem until they were endued with the power of the Holy Spirit but, only 120 were obedient. The other 380 were too busy doing their things, or they didn’t take Jesus seriously. The Church today is not much different. Paul wrote to the disciples of Ephesus –
As I begin this article, I feel like Habakkuk and Isaiah must have felt as they reported what the Lord had shown them and few believed their report. I am not a prophet, or a seer, but I simply report what my eyes have seen. The LORD has been showing us the future in signs in the heavens, on the earth, and among people for some time but, few are those who have taken notice. These signs are like the vision God showed Habakkuk and the report God showed to Isaiah.
In 2010 God began speaking to the earth with mass die-offs: Birds began falling from the sky with no apparent reason; Fish and dolphins began washing up on the shores with no apparent reason; Turtles began dyeing with no apparent reason; Cattle and herds of wild life began dyeing for no apparent reason, and all this began happening all around the world. At first the news was full of these reports but now it has become “old news” and they no longer report it but, they are still happening! There is a marked increase in large earthquakes (above 6.3) and rivers around the earth began turning red.
In 2014 and 2015 the heavenly signs began with four Blood Red Moons, happening on the feast days of Passover and Tabernacles.

I remember during World War II that many Christians were just sure that Hitler was the Antichrist and the end was near, but they forgot to take the Jews into account, they were not yet back in their nation! WE must not make that same mistake. God has said He will make Israel an ensign to the nations (like a flag waving). Israel is a nation once again – 1948. They have taken Jerusalem back in 1967. President Trump declared Jerusalem was the capital of Israel in 2017 and moved the United States Embassy there and they declared President Trump a second Cyrus. But, that involves building the Temple again. While there is much zeal for this among religious Jews, most of the country is secular and there appears to be little drive to rebuild the Third Temple, the Temple Mount is yet controlled by Arabs and Jews are not even allowed to pray on the Temple Mount.
In Luke 21 Jesus predicts our times –
A very important Christian event is happening soon on April 9th, and I’m not referring to Easter. April 9th will be Passover, or Pesach in Hebrew. Passover is the first Feast of the Lord (Remember there are 7) in the Biblical year and was marked in 2014-2015 by a Blood Red Moon Tetrad. As I wrote in 
I wrote this article in 2016 but I felt it was time to repost it. Many events have happened since then such as the fulfillment of the Revelation 12 sign of Virgo, the U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as the eternal Capital of Israel, Israel’s recognition of President Trump as the 2nd. Cyrus, to name a few. Also, as the Church has further embraced the morals of the world it has become dull of hearing.
As Jesus predicted the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem His disciples asked Him –
God has provided many signs to alert us to the times we are living in and not the least of these alerts are seven yearly feasts known as the Feasts of the Lord
Prophecy for Today
