I originally posted this article in February, 2015, a month before the 2015 Blood Red Moons occurred. Not much has changed on the political landscape, except the Democrat spin machine has grown even more divisive and bitter. I felt it was time to repost the article.
Woe to us! Another political election is nearing! As if we do not hear enough lies and disinformation from the news media already, now it is amplified by all the political maneuvering of Democrats and Republicans as they try to tell the most believable lies to the people to get their votes – lies which history proves they have little intention of keeping! A typical deception of humanistic thinking is the belief that you can compartmentalize your life into separate boxes, such as political, financial, social, or religious. And that truth is somehow different for each box. That is partly why seemingly moral people can vote for politicians who represent philosophies they personally find abhorrent. The Democrat Party caters to those who disrespect the American flag and all it stands for except – the welfare benefits it gives. And they want immigration laws that allow more such people in the country. Yet, I know many Democrats who served in the military and fought for and respect this same flag.

As Jesus was giving His teaching on the end of the age, He gave a clear societal sign that would be a harbinger of the soon approach of these days. It was the sign of Noah –

The Democrat front runner has made millions by selling government influence to wall street profiteers and by questionable money schemes. The Republican front runner freely admits he is willing to stoop to any level to gain a buck – ‘playing the system’ he calls it. He screams about the ‘rigged’ political system when he loses but is perfectly comfortable with a
