The Trumpet is Sounding

wilkerson vision

I recently shared David Wilkerson’s Vision he had in 1973 in which he shared 7 collapses that were going to happen in the world and in the United States,  many of them have happened or are beginning to happen already.

  1. “Worldwide recession caused by economic confusion”
  2. “Nature having labor pains”
  3. “A flood of filth and a baptism of dirt in America”
  4. “Rebellion in the home”
  5. “A persecution madness against truly Spirit filled Christians who love Jesus Christ”
  6. There will be another wave of riots and there will be a fall in moral conduct.
  7. “Apostasy in the church”

Prelude to God’s Wrath

7 angels of wrath“And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. … And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.” – Rev. 15:1, 7

The Book of Revelation now passes into another phase. Chapters 12-14 concerned the Antichrist and Satan’s last push for defeating God. In these chapters we see heaven purged of the Devil’s presence and the wrath of the Devil and his Antichrist being poured out on mankind but, beginning in chapter 15 God begins purging the earth of Satan and his influence.  Continue reading

God’s Overview of the End

144000-4-638Revelation chapter 14 begins with the sealing of 144,000 servants of God who were virgins

“These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.” – Rev. 14:4

Who are these? And what does it mean that they were virgins? Strong’s Concordance identifies them – “a man who has abstained from all uncleanness and whoredom attendant on idolatry, and so has kept his chastity” In other words, they are sold out to God and not distracted by any lusts of the flesh. I don’t believe it means they were effeminate or unmarried. They are like Peter, who was married, but wholly committed to follow Jesus. They follow the Lamb wherever He goes. They represent the ‘firstfruits’ of the Lord’s work on earth – Continue reading

Strategies for the End p6

matt 24In Matthew 24, Jesus delivered to his disciples his basic teaching on the end of the age.  It involved wars and rumors of wars, nation against nation and kingdom against kingdom, famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in many different places. He warned them that believers would be hated for His name’s sake, betrayed even by family and other so-called Christians. Because iniquity (lawlessness) would abound the love of many shall grow cold. Into this atmosphere the Antichrist will be able to set up his systems of control and abomination. After listing the judgments that would come because of the sin of mankind, Jesus gave them seven survival clues which were designed to help believers go through the judgments. Continue reading

Messiah Has Risen

As I look out the window, all I see here in Wisconsin is a cloudy day heavy with dew. The dew has almost frozen on the car windows and there are puddles of water on the ground. All in all, it could be a dreary day but, it is not because HE IS RISEN! Today, we celebrate that some 2000 years ago men moved by Satan tried to eliminate God’s only answer to mankind’s problem of sin. The Almighty allowed His only Son to suffer and die for us, though He Himself was sinless, as the sacrifice Lamb of God. Long before that momentous event God had revealed to man that the penalty of sin was death and since the life is in the the-sacrifice-of-isaac-1729blood, only the shed blood sacrifice of an innocent could atone for that sin. Much earlier God revealed a picture of what was to come as He asked Abraham to sacrifice his only son Isaac and then at the Continue reading
