2019 – the Beginning of Judgment

I believe 2019 will begin a year of judgment, judgment on the false, on the wicked, and on those not committed to the Lord. The prophet Isaiah said –

“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” – Isa. 5:20

chuck schumerFirst, I accuse the politicians, mainly Democrats, who immediately upon election call for more abortion of the innocent. They are introducing socialism for our Republic. They are promoting homosexual, lesbian, transgender lifestyles in their laws and at the same time opposing biblical based morality. They talk out of both sides of their mouths, calling evil good and good evil. They oppose common sense legislation, that they agreed with under President Obama, just because President Trump proposed it. They give $500 million for a wall in the middle east but not one cent for a wall on our southern border. Continue reading

Judgment on the House of God

flood verseGod is speaking in many ways, to His people and to the world. In a recent article named WARNING, I highlighted a few of the ways God is speaking. He is warning of coming judgment and I reminded you that judgment begins at the House of God.

“For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?” – 1 Peter 4:17

Don’t Worry about ISIS – Worry about God!

Israel Under David and Solomon

Don’t worry about ISIS – worry about God!

“For behold, in those days and at that time, when I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will enter into judgment with them there on account of My people, My heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land. – Joel 3:1, 2

As you can see by the map of Israel under David and Solomon, Israel extends to the Euphrates River in the North and through most of
Jordan in the East. Damascus is only about half way up the map that God promised to Abraham and that David and Solomon conquered. In 1922 the UN partitioned the land into a state for Israel and for the Arabs. That map is shown to the right – later in 1947, to appease the Arabs for their oil, the map was changed to a new UN Mandate, which was

never accepted by the Arabs – they went to war instead, a war which they lost! So, when President Obama calls for Israel returning to pre-1947 borders, they are basically giving the West Bank, Samaria, and Gaza back to the Israelis, though I doubt he understands that! So, we have three groups trying to solve the problem of Jerusalem and Israel: 1) the nations of the world who want peace so they can continue making money off the resources of the Mideast or gain acclaim for their ‘legacy’, 2) the Muslims who can never give back land once taken by Islam and want to destroy Israel and God’s claim to the land . and 3) God who calls it My land (Joel 3:2) and declares that He has set His name in Jerusalem (1 Kings 11:36). Now, I ask you – “Who do you think will win this argument! Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Continue reading

A Message for the World – and the Church

The world today is in turmoil and confusion. The winds of war are sweeping the Middle East; the winds of financial ruin are sweeping Europe; the winds of tolerance and political correctness are sweeping America, England, and Australia; and the little tornadoes of greed, sexual immorality, religious heresy,  and pride randomly reap their havoc wherever they will. One thing is certain, there is no peace. Politicians promise hope and change but they are incapable of producing it and their plans only produce more havoc and slavery to the people they represent.

There is only one way to peace and that is through the Prince of Peace – Jesus Christ. The only hope that exists in life is Hope in God because He is the only One who can truly change you and your circumstances. His precepts are the only ones that work for any society. History proves that “blessed is the country whose God is the LORD.” Why is the whole world either hating the United States with envy or trying to immolate it? Because our forefathers knew this principle and built the country on these Scriptural principals. The result was freedom and prosperity. The foundations they built are yet there even though they are crumbling. Continue reading

Passover – God’s Countdown Begins!

passover 2015As we prepare to remember Passover, I am reminded that it also contained two other equally important feasts; Unleavened Bread and First Fruits. In fact Passover began a countdown of sorts to the first of God’s supernatural harvests. The Feast of Unleavened Bread began the next day after Passover and the Feast of First Fruits began on the next Sunday, which was usually 3-7 days later depending on the year. First Fruits marked the first of the annual harvests and a sheaf of barley was waved before the LORD in thanksgiving for the coming harvest. Prophetically, Jesus was raised from the dead on this exact feast day and represents the first fruit of the harvest of souls to come. Fifty days later the second of the annual harvest days occurred – Pentecost. This harvest marked the bringing in of the wheat harvest. Prophetically it represents the first outpouring of the Holy Spirit, spoken of by the prophet Joel as the ‘former rain’. Continue reading

Jeremiah Speaks Yet Today

For a number of years I have wondered about the connection between Jeremiah 50 and 51 and the current events taking place in Iraq. Before beginning this teaching, I want to say that I understand the danger of trying to fit current events into Biblical prophesies and I want start with the understanding that this is not a “Thus saith the Lord” declaration but rather, a looking at remarkable similarities between prophetic Scriptures and current events.

Scripture states “that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day” which means God may take a long time to fulfill His word but, He always fulfills it! So we begin with God’s pronounced judgment on Babylon –

“Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria. And I will bring Israel again to his habitation, and he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan, and his soul shall be satisfied upon mount Ephraim and Gilead.” Jer. 50:18, 19

Into the Valley of Jehoshaphat

divideJerusalem“High expectations based on unconfirmed reports swirled around Arab capitals Sunday, Dec. 14, that US President Barack Obama, in league with Moscow and Tehran, had turned his longstanding anti-Assad policy on its head. He was said to be willing to accept Bashar Assad’s rule and deem the Syrian army the backbone of the coalition force battling the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant” – DEBKAfile

This will certainly upset the current trends in the Mideast in the following ways: Continue reading
