As our country is under attack from Covid19 and those who would prosper from it by bringing down the economy of our country and by depressing our God-given freedoms; such as freedom to freely move, gather together, and even to worship. Now they are attacking our electoral system fostering ‘voting by distance’ otherwise known as ‘mail-in voting’, which is fraught with fraud. They have also unleashed the spirit of lawlessness with riots, burning, and murders on the land. All to bring down our divinely inspired Republic and replace it with Marxism in the form of Democratic Socialism. The church in Thyatira had many good qualities and works, and their works were increasing. But, they had the cart before the horse, so to speak. Right relationship with the Son and Father will lead to good works, but works alone can never lead to right relationship with the Son and the Father. Jesus told a story that has always put the fear of God into me –
“And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellow servants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.” – Revelation 6:9-11

In Matthew 24, Jesus delivered to his disciples his basic teaching on the end of the age. It involved wars and rumors of wars, nation against nation and kingdom against kingdom, famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in many different places.
It is during times of stress and turmoil that the devil has his biggest successes. They are like an open door for further acts of evil to enter in. It is important to be able to recognize the difference between those who bring solutions to the problems and those who
