This is the last letter out of seven that Jesus dictated and it is perhaps the saddest for it highlights how easy it is for all of us to get complacent and satisfied with the status quo. Hear the message –
(I would like to thank Day of Eternity for the background music used in this video)
I like to think of these seven letters as ‘love letters of Jesus‘ to me. He said, “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.” Continue reading
Everyone who studies Scripture wants to be in the church of Philadelphia because it alone was promised protection from the Great Tribulation Jesus said was coming.
“Since you have kept My command to endure patiently, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth.” – Rev. 3:10
It was also the church that Jesus gave an ‘open door‘ to. They were not wealthy and were not mighty in worldly power and influence but, they were rich in faithfulness. With this intro I give the video introduction to the church of Philadelphia. Continue reading
“These are the words of Him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open. I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you kept My word and have not denied my name. “Since you have kept My command to endure patiently, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth.
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of My God. Never again will he leave it. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from My God; and I will also write on him My new name.
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” – Revelation 3:7-13
The message to the church of Philadelphia is a message only to those who overcome. They Continue reading
Golden Temple in Jerusalem

“Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” – Matthew 24:3
Jesus then revealed the various trials and events that would occur before His return. He warned them repeatedly to watch and pray that they be not deceived –
“Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.” – Matthew 24:42
He next uses a series of parables to explain conditions that will exist when He comes and what will be needed on the part of believers to be ready. The parable I want to focus on is that of the Ten Virgins – Continue reading
