Standing for Truth – reposted

I posted this article in July of this year but, it needs to be said again. The so-called ‘Green Lobby’ in our current government is nothing but a Chinese Communist front being used to bring the United States down. From Fox News. The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), a major U.S. green group that has influenced Biden administration policymaking, has deep ties to the Chinese government. If Fox News can report on this, why haven’t I heard this truth being proclaimed from American Pulpits? The prophet Malachi has a message from God to these false pastors –

“If you will not hear, and if you will not take it to heart, to give glory to My name,” Says the LORD of hosts, “I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, because you do not take it to heart. Behold, I will rebuke your descendants and spread refuse on your faces, The refuse of your solemn feasts; And one will take you away with it. Then you shall know that I have sent this commandment to you, That My covenant with Levi may continue,” says the LORD of hosts.

“My covenant was with him, one of life and peace, And I gave them to him that he might fear Me; So, he feared Me And was reverent before My name. The law of truth was in his mouth, and injustice was not found on his lips. He walked with Me in peace and equity and turned many away from iniquity. For the lips of a priest should keep knowledge, and people should seek the law from his mouth; For he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts.” – Mal. 2:2-7

In other words, a pastor does not belong to his denomination, his synod, or even his congregation. He belongs to God, and he is to be God’s messenger to speak against injustice and the speak for truth! And the Gospel involves a lot more than just a John 3:16 message. Jesus also said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life”. That ‘truth’ involves everything that influences our lives.

With that being said, I want to repost the following article.

Standing for Truth July 18, 2022

There is an old saying, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going!” Well, the going is getting tough; tough economically, politically, and spiritually. The Covid19 virus and the resulting lockdowns on small businesses have resulted in much loss of income and many permanent closes, but the bills don’t stop!

Politically, the corruption of fraud is rising to the top, so to speak. It is reaching the point where the average citizen is now aware of it. It has infected the Democrat Party, government watchdog agencies such as the FBI and the DOJ and many in the Republican Party as well. The Courts have also been affected by the corruption as well. As an Epoch Times article recently stated, “Beijing manipulated Wall Street to steer US policy.” A Chinese professor recently said, “We have our old friends in the United States’ core circle of power.” (Epoch Times, December 9-15, 2020)

But, perhaps most serious is the corruption in the Christian Church. Jesus said, “Take up your cross and follow Me” but many Christians run and hide at the hint of Covid19. The American Christian Church is loosing membership; 12% in the past 10 years. And those who still call themselves Christian, many have stopped attending church. According to George Barna about 1/3 of Christians have stopped attending Church, even on line. Many churches closed their doors just to receive some Covid19 stimulus money and others out of genuine fear for their parishioners. But, they forgot the word of God –

“And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” – Heb. 10:24, 25

They forgot that fellowship is one of the prime ingredients of Christianity and they forgot that Jesus gives us the power to heal the sick. But, most of all, they forgot the importance of TRUTH! Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6). They blindly took the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the National Institute for Health (NIH) recommendations without asking if they were true or not. Now we find out that not only were they suspect but they were heavily influenced by China! They forced masks on us, even though they now admit masks are ineffective and they forced social distancing on us but, only on certain people (Walmart and other big corporations can remain open). Isaiah prophesied these days would come and have come before –

“Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off; for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. So truth fails, And he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. Then the LORD saw it, and it displeased Him That there was no justice. He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor” – Isa. 59:14 -16

Doctors and Scientists who dared to disagree or question WHO or CDC were quickly shut down and became a prey to the media, who slandered them and threatened their jobs. Certain drugs such as Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin, that have proven to be effective were quarantined by the CDC and NIH and pharmacies were forbidden to sell them, making it clear the issue was control – not healing!

Pastors who close their churches are surrendering to these forces that want to hide the truth and subject the people to totalitarian rule. They are muzzling the truth and letting the wolves scatter the sheep. But, God has a word to them –

“Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture!” says the LORD. Therefore thus says the LORD God of Israel against the shepherds who feed My people: “You have scattered My flock, driven them away, and not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for the evil of your doings,” says the LORD.” – Jer. 23:1, 2

And God goes even further –

“I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking,” says the LORD.” – Jer. 23:4

There is a ‘latter Rain’ revival coming and I predict that many of these churches that have nothing but ‘religion’ will lose their sheep to new flocks, flocks that have pastors who teach the whole word of God and love the TRUTH.

It is obvious that this election was ripe with fraud: from thousands of dead people voting, illegals voting, mysterious unofficial ballots suddenly appearing, and election monitors being forced to leave or stand so far away from the ballot counting they couldn’t see, to statistical anomalies that are beyond reason. Then when the votes are being challenged, the illegal destruction of thousands of ballots occurring and the refusal to let inspectors see the voting machines all raise suspicions of voter fraud. And in the face of these irregularities, courts refusing to hear the cases just enhances the suspicions of fraud. And it makes one wonder why Republican Representatives and Republican Senators are silent about them? Has the corruption gone so far in our society? I pray not but, it appears to be true.

The Apostle Paul warns us about this coming of the ‘lawless one’ –

“The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” – 2 Thes. 2:9-12

The deception in the news media is obvious as well, so much so that you don’t dare listen to the alphabet channels; ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, etc. In the midst of this deception, according to Isaiah, God is wondering “ that there was no intercessor.”

It is time to open all the churches and call forth the intercessors and prayer warriors. We are about to lose our Republic and the liberties it stands for, prime among them – the freedom to worship freely our God and Savior Jesus Christ. Pastors, stop preaching ‘politically correct’ messages and start calling the church to repent of its sin; sin of lukewarmness, and immorality, and hypocrisy – for church members who confess one thing but live another! And teach the truth, which is the whole word of God. If we do this, just perhaps God will have mercy on us and give us His grace to overcome.

The time of the final harvest of souls is very near when Jesus will thrust in His sickle and reap the earth –

“Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and on the cloud sat One like the Son of Man, having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, “Thrust in Your sickle and reap, for the time has come for You to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” So, He who sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped.” – Rev. 14:14-16

The God of Covenants

At times like these, times when an entire political party has been taken over by leftist leaning globalist, it is time to look back to Scripture for the answers to our problems and Isaiah is a good place to start.

“Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood; their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. The way of peace they have not known, and there is no justice in their ways; they have made themselves crooked paths; whoever takes that way shall not know peace. (The Democrat Party has become the Party of Death as they wholeheartedly support abortion. Hilary Clinton, Barak Obama, and Susan Rice illegally sold arms to terrorists and then sacrificed Ambassador Stevens to cover up their transgressions in Benghazi. Then they made up accusations against Donald Trump of colluding with the Russians, which they themselves were doing.)

Therefore, justice is far from us, nor does righteousness overtake us; we look for light, but there is darkness! For brightness, but we walk in blackness! We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes; we stumble at noonday as at twilight; we are as dead men in desolate places. (The FBI and Justice Department hid the truth from us, and the majority of News Media colluded with them to hide the truth from the people.)

We all growl like bears, and moan sadly like doves; we look for justice, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far from us. For our transgressions are multiplied before You, and our sins testify against us; for our transgressions are with us, and as for our iniquities, we know them: In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. (While some conservatives growled at what was happening, others like Mike Pence failed when they had the chance to disallow contested votes in the States and so let fraud win the day. But, mostly our own sins as a nation testified against us.)

Truth does not fail overnight. It takes time, sometimes generations of turning away from the source of all truth – Jesus! Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” He is the embodiment of the Truth and yet the Church in America, who is supposed to represent Him to the world, has let down His standards and sided with the world. This failure is perhaps best stated by Pastor Joe Wright of Kansas –

This interesting prayer was given in Kansas, USA, at the opening session of their Senate. It seems prayer still upsets some people. When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas Senate, everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:

“Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says: “Woe to those who call evil good”, but that is exactly what we have done.

* We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.

* We have ridiculed the absolute truth of Your Word and called it Pluralism.

* We have worshipped other gods and called it multiculturalism.

* We have endorsed perversion and called it alternative lifestyle.

* We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery.

* We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare.

* We have killed our unborn and called it choice.

* We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.

* We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self-esteem.

* We have abused power and called it politics.

* We have embezzled public funds and called it essential expenses.

* We have institutionalized bribery and called it sweets of office.

* We have coveted our neighbor’s possessions and called it ambition.

*We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.

* We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.

Search us, Oh GOD, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us free. Amen!”

I am glad there are a few men of God who yet speak the truth but, they are in the minority. To the majority of the Church God is “wondering that there is no intercessor!” But that does not stop God!

“For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, And was clad with zeal as a cloak. According to their deeds, accordingly He will repay, Fury to His adversaries, Recompense to His enemies; The coastlands He will fully repay.” – Isa. 59:17-18

Most people in the United States have never heard of God being dressed in garments of vengeance, or of a God of fury and zeal but, just remember Jesus as He made a whip of cords and drove out the money changers from the Temple!

“And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, and said unto them, it is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.” – Matt. 21:12, 13

And now remember, God is a God of Covenants and when He makes one He doesn’t forget it! And He made a Covenant with our American forefathers which He will not forget. And if His representatives on the earth, the Church, will not overthrow the wickedness that has taken over this Covenant nation, He will, and it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God (Heb. 10:31). Isaiah continues with the final outcome of this confrontation with God –

“So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him.” – Isa. 59:19

Our Congress which was meant to reflect the freedoms given by God is now under the thumb of Antichrist forces where Democrat leader Jerry Nadler can say “God’s Will is No Concern of This Congress” But, Jerry and all his cohorts, and that includes Joe Biden, are going to find out what it feels like to fall into the hands of the living God. God’s Holy Spirit is going to lift up a standard against them and that standard is Jesus and the Word of God. Isaiah continues with the promise “The Redeemer will come to Zion, and to those who turn from transgression in Jacob, says the LORD.” Revival is coming and is now beginning!

I am praying for this to begin. Begin with me, begin with my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. And begin in all the United States and the world! Because I know that God is a God of Covenants, and He states –

“As for Me,” says the LORD, “this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says the LORD, “from this time and forevermore.” – Isa. 59:21

The very next words the LORD gave to Isaiah are a command of hope to those who trust in Him –

“Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.” – Isa. 60:1, 2

The darkness of the leftist globalists may be upon the whole earth and gross darkness may be upon the people but to those who trust in the LORD will see the glory of the LORD as they arise and begin to shine with the light that is in them – Jesus Christ

“Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness but have the light of life.” – John 8:12

The people are growing tired of the oppression that is being put upon them and they are waiting for someone to speak the truth to them! Why don’t you be that someone?

Time to Chose Who You are For

America is teetering upon the edge of the abyss because America is denying the truth. As the Apostle Paul wrote, the spirit of lawlessness has come and has infected America’s leadership, her colleges, her corporations and even some of her churches.

“For this lawlessness is already at work secretly, and it will remain secret until the one who is holding it back steps out of the way. Then the man of lawlessness will be revealed, but the Lord Jesus will kill him with the breath of his mouth and destroy him by the splendor of his coming. This man will come to do the work of Satan with counterfeit power and signs and miracles. He will use every kind of evil deception to fool those on their way to destruction, because they refuse to love and accept the truth that would save them. So God will cause them to be greatly deceived, and they will believe these lies. Then they will be condemned for enjoying evil rather than believing the truth.” – 2 Thes. 2:7-12

There is a man of lawlessness that is coming, Paul calls him the ‘man of sin’ later but, meanwhile the spirit of lawlessness is preparing the ground for him by perverting the truth, by that Paul means God’s truth. By the use of every deception he will do this such as the concept of ‘Separation of Church and State’, which is not in our Constitution by which this spirit removed God from schools (perverting our children) and from the public square (essentially putting God in a box). It reversed God’s standards for the family by removing fatherhood in government welfare programs and by getting government to pass no-fault divorce laws. It then taught the children, who were basically homeless, the false promises of socialism and communism, and fostered the idea of gangs to take the place of the family. It then promoted the idea of children’s rights to remove any parental say in their own children’s lives, such as in abortions or gender transformation. It used Hollywood to glamorize the decadent lifestyles and government to pay off the parents for surrendering their rights by school consolidations and taxes. Anything to distract the parents and churches from what was really happening. It was able to do this because, as Paul forecast, “ because they refuse to love and accept the truth that would save them. So God will cause them to be greatly deceived, and they will believe these lies. Then they will be condemned for enjoying evil rather than believing the truth”.

The deception has now reached the level where the followers of this spirit of lawlessness can pass a bill like the Equality Act that on it’s surface purports to make everyone equal but which does none of this. Instead it redefines God’s standards of Creation of man, making them male and female, saying that God didn’t know what He was doing and there are many genders! It further denies those who believe God from having that belief with threatened cancelation and fines. It also attacks women’s rights to engage in solely female sports by allowing men who claim to be female to also compete. It does away with modesty as men can now use female restrooms and showers as well. And the Democrat Party is so deceived by this spirit of lawlessness that they go along with such laws to a man! Then there is the HR1 law that is suppose to take care of voting inequities but does none of this. Instead it threatens the 1st Amendment rights of every American and contrary to the Constitution removes States Rights by putting voting solely under the Federal Government. Plus many more inequities. Now the Oregon Department of Education has sent it’s guidance on A Pathway to Equitable Math to state math teachers on ‘dismantling white supremacy in math classrooms’. saying teachers should no longer focus on getting the right answer or showing your work! So, I guess 2+2 no longer equal 4? Schools no longer teach the truth because this spirit doesn’t want you to know the truth. Remember Jesus said “I am the truth, the way, and the life!” and that is the las thing this spirit wants you to know!

There are so many other areas of falsehoods abounding it is hard to keep up with them. For example, I heard a scientist who worked on the Moderna vaccine say the mRNA molecule doesn’t affect your DNA but, here is an article quoting the Moderna Chief Medical Officer admitting the mRNA altars the DNA! Even the CDC has admitted that wearing a mask does nothing to stop the spread of the Chinese virus. The government has used this virus to shut down our economy and remove our freedoms without reason. Then they use the relief package to give us a little back to cover the kick back payments to their favorite charity groups! People wake up, turn back to the truth – it is found in God’s Word, the Bible. And it doesn’t take away your freedoms either.

I would not want to be in the shoes of those Democrats in Congress that are voting for these anti-God bills or in the shoes of those who voted them into office for Isaiah has a word for them –

“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, And prudent in their own sight! Woe to men mighty at drinking wine, Woe to men valiant for mixing intoxicating drink, Who justify the wicked for a bribe, And take away justice from the righteous man! Therefore, as the fire devours the stubble, And the flame consumes the chaff, So their root will be as rottenness, And their blossom will ascend like dust; Because they have rejected the law of the LORD of hosts, And despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.” – Isaiah 5:20-24

The Democrat actions in House, Senate, and Administration is resulting in the spirit of Lawlessness’ desires coming to pass –

“Justice is turned back, And righteousness stands afar off; For truth is fallen in the street, And equity cannot enter. So truth fails, And he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. Then the LORD saw it, and it displeased Him That there was no justice.” – Isaiah 59:14, 15

But, don’t think these actions will last for long for the LORD Himself is going to act and “according to their deeds He will repay, fury to His adversaries and recompense to His enemies.” Then Democrat Nadler is going to wish he hadn’t said ‘God’s will is of no concern to this Congress!”

To those who support the Democrat agenda I say: “You have one chance to escape God’s wrath that is coming upon you and that is to repent! Turn around and follow the truth of God’s Word.

Truth at the Appointed Time

Two months have passed since the presidential election and turmoil has reigned ever since; the left has been rejoicing and the right has been wondering what happened? Why did the prophetic voices seem to get it so wrong? As I was praying today, I asked the Lord to show me a scripture and He gave me Habakkuk 2 –

“I will stand my watch and set myself on the rampart and watch to see what He will say to me, and what I will answer when I am corrected. Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.“ Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.” – Habakkuk 2:1-4

I was then reminded of Samuel’s announcement to Saul when Saul disobeyed the word of the Lord –

“So Samuel said to him, “The LORD has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today, and has given it to a neighbor of yours, who is better than you.” – 1 Sam. 15:28

But, Saul continued being king for many years! Was Samuel then a false prophet? Never! But the LORD reserves His own timing to bring His pronouncements to pass. As He said to Habakkuk, it will come at it’s appointed time and it is up to us to wait for it in faith. In the meantime, the LORD is allowing the false and the fearful and the wicked to manifest themselves for all to see. I want to play a recent clip of Robin Bullock’s The Eleventh Hour.

The solar eclipse he referred to happened August 21, 2017, just one month before the Revelation 12 sign of Virgo was fulfilled. This eclipse is referred to in this prophetic article but, very little was thought about it at the time.

“On August 21, 2017, a total solar eclipse will cross the entire contiguous United States, beginning in Oregon and ending in South Carolina. Incredibly, the eclipse will actually begin shortly after the sun rises on the West Coast. In other words, people will witness a black sun rising over the United States. It has also been noted that another total solar eclipse will cross the United States at an opposite angle seven years later in 2024.”

This article continued with facts about the eclipse –

“The August eclipse occurs exactly 33 days before the Revelation 12 Sign, beginning in the 33rd state (Oregon), and ending in South Carolina at the 33rd parallel. The eclipse occurs on the 233rd day of the year, which is 33 weeks and 2 days into 2017. It occurs 133 days before the end of the year, takes 1 hour and 33 minutes to cross the nation, and ends on the 33rd second. Can you really chalk up the significance of this to pure coincidence or confirmation bias? It’s been noted that an eclipse like this hasn’t happened in 99 years. That would be 3 x 33 years. What might God be communicating?”

Robin Bullock explains what he saw prophetically as the eclipse occurred and troubling events did start happening in the U.S. after this eclipse.

Notice there are seven years until a second eclipse occurs across the U.S. going the opposite direction that will occur April 8, 2024. Also remember that when the King planet Jupiter left Virgo on September 23, 2017 it will meet Mars between the horn of Taurus (Heb. Shur, ‘the coming judge’) on August 13, 2024, in just seven years. And remember the prophetic meaning of this event is “The Son of Man comes with His Church to Judge the Earth.”

Well, April and August of 2024 are just a short 3 years away. Which means we don’t have much time to get our house in order. If the Exodus is a pattern, we better be certain the “blood is on the doorpost” of our house and that we are sharing the Passover Meal with our family and friends. We had better be dressed and have our shoes on because the time is short. We had better be ready to go out as laborers into the harvest because the final harvest is right at our door.

Remember God only speaks the Truth and it will come at it’s appointed time!

Finding Truth

As I watched the first Presidential debate, I was greatly disappointed. I was disappointed in the moderator’s style, who felt he had to inject his opinions before each question, and at his choice of questions. I was disappointed at the former Vice President’s seeming lack of ability to answer the questions truthfully (questions to which I knew the answer from his previous answers and actions), or completely skirting the question. And I was disappointed in President Trump’s failure to remain calm and answer the question by clearly listing the things I know he has done. I’ve seen a listing of things he has done in his first term and it is long and impressive. Perhaps it was more the moderator’s fault for not asking the right questions but, I felt the debate failed in its objective to bring out the truth. Because, as Jesus said – Continue reading →

God’s Word to Small Churches

God has a word specifically to small churches and home churches. It is found in Revelation chapter three, verses 7 through 13, and is known as the letter to the Philadelphia Church.

“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, ‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”. The Time for Truth is here

Woe to us! Another political election is nearing! As if we do not hear enough lies and disinformation from the news media already, now it is amplified by all the political maneuvering of Democrats and Republicans as they try to tell the most believable lies to the people to get their votes – lies which history proves they have no intention of keeping!

For example, immigration is portrayed as caring for poor Hispanic immigrants just looking for work when the closer truth is they are looking for a government handout. For every one worker there are a dozen welfare leaches (free medical care, free schooling, free social security benefits, etc.). The truth for the Democrats is they represent potential voters and the promise of eliminating the Republican Party as any kind of future rival. For the Republicans, they represent cheap work for the big business Republican mega-donors who care more about their pocketbooks than they do about the country. For those with socialist communistic values, like Barak Obama, Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders, they represent a source of social unrest to further their agenda of bringing this country down. The real truth is, few really care about the individual immigrant or they would tell them to obey civil law and God’s law – “If a man will not work, let him not eat” or “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”

The Al Sharpton’s and Jesse Jackson’s of this country have made an industry of portraying illegals and blacks as downtrodden, such as the Ferguson “Gentle Giant”, by the powerful and rich when the truth is – they were often just law breakers! This inevitably is shown to be a Republican fault for being racist. But, the truth is – it was Republicans that fought and died in the Civil War to eliminate slavery in this country while Democrats fought to maintain it. And it was Republicans who passed the Civil Rights Bill, while Democrats fought against it! Yet somehow the socialistic news media always seems to paint it as the conservative Republican’s fault.

The Bible, which is the word of God, forecasts this as happening–

None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity. – Isaiah 59:4

“So truth fails, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. Then the LORD saw it, and it displeased Him that there was no justice.” – Isaiah 59:15

So how was this condition allowed? I believe there are several answers to this question:

We have left the standard of truth and can no longer recognize it.“For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.” (John 1:17) The Common Law, upon which our laws used to be based relied heavily on the law handed down by God to Moses, but we have gradually forsaken and denied it and we have certainly expunged any influence Jesus had in our country’s public life.
Our Churches were given the responsibility to purvey truth but they have failed, resulting in the gradual loss of freedom in our country. “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32) Contrary to current socialistic thought, our freedom did not come because of our intellect or other abilities but solely through our faith in Jesus who is the truth. Forsake Him and you forsake freedom!
Many of our Churches have followed the script of politicians and lied to their members about what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ. “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” (John 4:23,24) God desires those who will worship Him in Spirit and truth. He is not interested in having politicians speak from His pulpits promising welfare to those who vote for them! He is not interested in pseudo pastors giving His people a message to make them comfortable when they are living in sin! He desires His Spirit to have full access to His people and He wants His word, all of it, preached because that is the only truth that will set His people free! True worship is more than singing, dancing, or waving your hands around – it is obeying God.
The public schools and many Churches have taught for several generations that the government is our provider, when God says differently – “And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day. (Deuteronomy 8:18) They have confused God’s charity with government welfare. If you really want to know the difference read the story of Joseph in Egypt. God used government handouts to enslave the people of Egypt. That is always the way of welfare, it will enslave you in the end! On the other hand, the Hebrew people who trusted in God, were not enslaved! They received God’s charity.

We are entering the time when truth and justice will have eternal consequences for your life. The great deceiver of the ages is about to emerge on the scene and the spirit that drives him is already at work and those who do not love the truth will face eternal consequences –

“And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. … That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” – 2 Thessalonians 2:10, 12

The false church is here, delighting in her fornication (adultery with the world) and it is not telling the truth of what it takes to follow Jesus the Messiah –

“He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” – 1 John 2:4

If you willfully disobey His commandments and still think you are a Christian, the word of God says you are a liar and all liars are going to end in hell.

God has given us the way to salvation, but we must choose to take it – repentance and obedience to His commandments. In true repentance, the shed blood of Jesus, the Lamb of God, will cleanse us but then we must walk in obedience – repenting every time we fail.
