Our country is under siege as rioters and looters burn and rob in major cities across the land. The Apostle Paul warned about such as he wrote to the Thessalonian Church. He said people would give in to “unrighteous deception” because they did not “love the truth” that they may be saved. King David also wrote about these people.

Let them not rejoice over me who are wrongfully my enemies; Nor let them wink with the eye who hate me without a cause. For they do not speak peace, But they devise deceitful matters Against the quiet ones in the land. They also opened their mouth wide against me, And said, “Aha, aha! Our eyes have seen it.” This You have seen, O LORD; Do not keep silence. O Lord, do not be far from me. – Psalm 35:19-22

The news media and left-wing politicians would have us believe all this rioting is because of ‘racism’ or some other inequity but, it is not. These riots have been planned for over two years and they were just waiting for a ‘trigger‘ such as Floyd to set them off. Don’t you wonder how these riots could erupt spontaneously in so many cities? Don’t you wonder how political leaders who shut down the economy with draconian lock down orders and then suddenly forgot all about their ‘stay at home’ orders and invited protesters into their cities? Don’t you wonder about the mayors and governors that joined with the marchers demanding the abolishing of the police departments? Don’t you wonder about the fact that these rioters and protesters are mostly young kids, some still in high school? I am going to include a video that explains these questions clearly –

Overlooking the commercials at the end of this video, the undercover journalism into these radical groups is revealing. Another question is “Where do these groups get their funding”? After all, it costs money to get the sophisticated communication gear they use and it costs money to transport the protesters all over the country and feed them as they prepare and train. The answer is a cadre of globalists from both inside and outside the country. Countries like China and the EU and billionaires like George Soros, Rockefeller, and Bill Gates are among those who donate, plus many Hollywood celebrities as well as left-wing political leaders. This is a well organized army prepared to do whatever it takes to bring this country down. So what can we do? First, we need to know who is our real enemy and the word of God tells us who that is.

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” – Eph. 6:12

Our enemy is Satan, his principalities and powers, and the rulers of the darkness of this age. Second, we need to know how to defeat him and his followers. Again, the word of God gives us the answer –

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” – Rev. 12:11

King David said, “He will repay my enemies for their evil. Cut them off in Your truth.” – Psalm 54:5

“These are the things you shall do: Speak each man the truth to his neighbor;
Give judgment in your gates for truth, justice, and peace;” – Zech. 8:16

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” – John 8:32

The blood Jesus shed for us on the cross, when coupled with our testimony of its personal application in our own lives activates the overcoming power of God on our behalf and the devil can’t stand against it. Especially when it is so real to us that we can stake our very lives on its power! Those we stand against are under the direction of demons and Jesus gave us the authority to cast out demons, bind the strong man and rob his house! All we have to do is start believing and being who God called us to be. We also have been given His Holy Spirit to lead us and empower us to do His will. But, remember, Scripture says the Holy Spirit is given to those who obey Him. So, if you want more of the Holy Spirit in your life, start obeying what He has already told you to do. Another weapon we have been given is TRUTH. It is found in God’s word. Study it, live it, and speak it. Proclaim it because God’s word will not return void. When Jesus was tempted by the devil, Jesus answered him with the word of God, and the devil fled!

God has given us heavenly armor that will overcome the enemy but, we have to put it on and use it – “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit” (Eph. 6:13). Then we need to actively obey the leading of the Holy Spirit.

We have an election soon coming and it is also our chance to speak the truth and confound those who are against us, but we have to vote, vote for truth and those who speak the truth, and I don’t believe you will find any Democrat liberals or leftists on that list!

As we near the end of the age, Scripture warns ‘that all hell will break loose’ and I mean that literally. Satan knows his time is growing short so he is releasing his forces led and inspired by demons to oppose God and His plans. So, you who are Christians – know that you are in his sights but this is your and my hour to shine in the darkness, to know the truth and proclaim it. Expose the darkness with the light of God’s truth and take comfort in these words –

“Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” – 2 Tim. 2:19
